      Talent Acquisition Administrator - Remote - Must live in Eastern Time Zone

      Do you have experience in Talent Acquisitions and want to work for a company that positively impacts the lives of the many individuals it serves? In the TA Administrator role, you will contribute to the company’s commitment to serve others by ensuring an efficient process and creating a positive candidate/new hire experience.

      • Utilize the applicant tracking system to post all open positions for an operating group on company and external websites to attract qualified applicants
      • Manage job postings on all external posting sites, using Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) best practices and established processes
      • Communicate required next steps with candidates and forward offer letters to the candidates
      • Complete pre-employment requirements respective to operating group, state, and funding regulations
      • Work closely with Talent Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure a quality candidate experience and onboarding process
      • Proactively seek to maintain candidate engagement throughout the process

      Qualifications:

      • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree strongly preferred
      • Minimum 3 years of related recruitment experience preferred
      • Experience with applicant tracking software and high Volume Candidate Pre-boarding
      • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail
      • Excellent Excel Skills
      • Excellent communication skills with ability to quickly build rapport with others
