  WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Vontier is searching for a Talent Acquisition Advisor/Specialist to join our growing North America HR team on a full-time basis. This role is essential in helping build out our regional growth strategy by focusing on:
  • Execute our people growth plans for the business to meet current and future staffing needs across South America.
  • Take accountability for full life cycle recruiting, this will be for volume and professional roles across all functions of our business, from Sales, Finance to R&D and Service Delivery.
  • Keep up to date with market insights and trends.
  • Identify the best online sourcing channels for different candidate segments.
  • Actively maintain candidate pipelines and build on the Vontier brand.
  • Negotiate offers and counter-offers with candidates.

  
  • 5+ years in-house Talent Acquisition Advisor/Specialist experience
  • Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to influence hiring managers’ talent decisions by providing value-adding recruiting-related advice.
  • Some flexibility to work to US Pacific time as needed from time to time
  • Experience using Taleo and LinkedIn Recruiter Seat is advantageous
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to priorities workload based on business needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Able to work with a diverse array of people, challenging in a non-confrontational way and builds successful working relationships
