- Partner with the business and TA team to drive successful engagement across various initiatives.
- Assist with recruitment processes for various sectors and locations across Canada.
- Take guidance from Talent Acquisition Manager and team to provide support with various day-to-day TA functions: opening requisitions, ensuring job descriptions meet requirements, posting job adverts, reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, preparing offer letters etc
- Work with internal stakeholders to drive efficient processes
- Assisting with sourcing for specific roles
- Managing LinkedIn projects for sourcing candidates, talent reports etc.
- Maintaining branding awareness and sharing posts on various social platforms (eg LinkedIn)
- Other ad-hoc assistance as required.
- Recruitment experience and understanding of key Talent Acquisition processes is required.
- Experience recruiting in an EPC(M) or industrial / major projects environment would be an asset.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn tools.
- Familiarity with databases and ATS systems (preferably Taleo).
- Strong IT knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- A willingness to learn, develop and be a key contributor in a supportive team environment.
- Be a natural team player who is willing to support where required.
