      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute full life cycle, high volume recruitment for a variety of roles, targeting 140-160 hires per year
      - Conduct kick-off calls with hiring managers to confirm role scope and communication cadence
      - Generate and build a diverse candidate population using various sourcing methods and metrics
      - Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and organizational fit
      - Assist with managing and growing the employer's employment brand across social media channels

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in commercial real estate or property management
      - Prior Workday ATS experience is a plus
      - Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
      - Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, and networking groups
      - Familiarity with best practices and sourcing tools such as GEM, LinkedIn, and Indeed
      - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
