What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Pre-screen applicants for minimum requirements and distribute to centers as appropriate
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System to manage applicants throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with centers to understand current openings and develop recruiting strategies
- Maintain regional recruiting resources and strengthen networking relationships with ECE professionals
- Coordinate company representation at career fairs and campus events

What is Required (Qualifications):
- AA or BA degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and computer proficiency
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated customer service excellence
- Prior experience with recruiting and interviewing strongly preferred
- Flexibility with schedule and willingness to travel
