- Conducting end-to-end recruiting activity for assigned requisitions including initial intake meetings,
- Sourcing, applicant testing, telephone screening, interviewing, and employment offer coordination
- Conducting sourcing activity in support of HR colleagues for difficult-to-fill manufacturing facility roles
- Influencing and advising hiring managers on all matters related to talent acquisition
- Creating offer packages and ensuring the testing and background check requirements are completed for every selected candidate
- Representing IKO at all times in a professional manner and ensuring a positive candidate experience regardless of hiring decision outcomes
- Performing other duties as assigned
- At least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Successfully achieve results in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to easily embrace change and demonstrate flexibility when direction or priorities shift
- Work well as part of a team, as well as autonomously
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Familiarity with social media
- Experience with Workday an asset
- Up to 20%

Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Associate (1-year Fixed Term Contract), you will conduct end-to-end recruiting activity for assigned requisitions, directly supporting assigned client groups. This is a one-year fixed-term contract
