- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Advisor to support Talent Acquisition needs.
- Assist with recruitment activities for a designated portfolio, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to Talent Acquisition, providing feedback and suggestions to enhance the recruitment experience. u00A0
- Assist with the onboarding process u00A0ensuring a great experience for new employees.
- Assists with the preparation and maintenance of new hire documentation u2013 manage onboarding, collecting onboarding documentation, ensuring accurate collection and organization of onboarding materials.
- Keeps up-to-date with current and relevant ROHCG Collective Agreements for all union and non-union groups around pension and benefits administration.
- Works in a manner that complies with staff and patient/client safety practices, policies and procedures of The Royal.
- Ensures a work environment that is conducive to the Royalu2019s Anti-Racism, Harassment, Discrimination-Free Workplace and work safety policies and practices.
- Demonstrates commitment to health equity, values diversity and contribute to an inclusive working environment.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field.u00A0
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources and Recruitment with a proven ability to multi-task and prioritize a high requisition load within a fast-paced environment.u00A0
- Knowledge of recruitment and best onboarding practices, with the ability to use judgement in applying this knowledge when dealing with complex and confidential issues. u00A0
- Understanding of recruitment and employment standards legislation and compliance/filing requirements. u00A0
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with hiring managers. u00A0
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment. u00A0
- Ability to maintain confidential information with a high degree of diplomacy.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills. Proficiency using the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service mindset.
- English level A- is mandatory in oral expression, oral comprehension, reading comprehension and written expression.u00A0 Bilingualism an asset.
