      The Role

      The Talent Acquisition function at Thornton Tomasetti is a key partner to our business. We focus on utilizing leading industry technology to attract top talent to our global office. This role will partner with business leaders to understand their staffing requirements, source candidates directly, and manage the full cycle recruitment process.

      The Talent Acquisition Associate is focused on the management of requisitions, with the core objective of delivering a talented diverse candidate pool. Offering an industry leading experience to both hiring manager and candidate.

      Responsibilities:

      • Partnering with our business leaders on recruitment goals

      • Administration of the applicant tracking system (ATS), Workday.

      • Direct sourcing of passive candidates.

      • Managing requisitions through the process offering a market leading candidate experience.

      • End to end process oversight of requisitions across the US, including sourcing strategy, interviews and offer management.

      • Teaming with the Talent Acquisition team on process and system enhancements

      Requirements:

      • Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience

      • Experience of direct candidate sourcing either in-house or consultancy

      • Understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally Workday Recruiting

      • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written

      • Ability to partner with senior leadership

      Compensation

      The rate for this position generally is $70,000 - $100,000 annually. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the New York Pay Transparency Law. It is based on what a successful New York applicant might be paid and assumes that the successful candidate will be in New York or perform the position from New York. Similar positions located outside of New York will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by New York Equal Pay Transparency Law. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location and comparison to employee already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law. A potential new employee’s pay history will not be used in compensation decisions.
