      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for nursing and clinical positions, including sourcing and interviewing candidates
      - Develop and execute recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers
      - Facilitate orientation and training programs for new clinical staff
      - Coordinate staffing assignments and monitor workforce needs for the Right Now Program
      - Maintain accurate records and compliance with employment laws in applicant tracking systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Human Resource Administration, or a related field
      - Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in healthcare recruitment or healthcare management
      - Licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in Illinois
      - Strong communication and organizational skills
      - Proficiency in utilizing online platforms and applicant tracking systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in designing and implementing orientation and mentorship programs
      - Familiarity with recruitment metrics and process improvement strategies
      - Background in building relationships with nursing schools and community organizations
      - Participation in career fairs and employer branding activities
