      Job Description:
      This job is responsible for managing the end-to-end candidate sourcing process. Key responsibilities include partnering with senior leaders within the business and across Human Resources (HR) to achieve hiring objectives for assigned business units and execute on approved openings.

      This is a Campus Recruiter opportunity on the Enterprise Campus Strategy team.

      This position is responsible for managing school and partnerships with external organizations as well as providing strategic direction that will enable us to attract and hire a diverse cohort of talent in a rapidly changing environment. In addition to developing and maintaining strong relationships with external partners, this role will also be tasked with providing subject matter expertise on campus recruiting strategies . The successful candidate must possess strong business acumen, mature and sound judgment, integrity, and self-confidence with a strong desire to succeed. The successful candidate will also demonstrate a proven track record of generating results aligned to business goals. In addition, they will be comfortable partnering across stakeholder groups such as Bank of America’s Global Human Resources and Environmental & Social Governance functions.

      Responsibilities:

      • Determining the attraction and sourcing strategy for groups currently underrepresented in our workforce and broader industry while ensuring alignment to business objectives and strategic priorities for both intern and entry-level full-time hiring.

      • Serving as the main point of contact for several core school and external partner organizations determining levels of sponsorship, and managing a budget and project plan specific to each relationship.

      • Acting as a representative for the company at in-person and virtual functions such as: career fairs, panels, corporate presentations, and other events.

      • Providing advice, counsel, and centralized resources (such as reporting and talent analytics) to recruiters and business partners to enable them to improve their ability to attract and retain top talent to the firm.

      • Develop and execute early talent identification campaigns based on research and subject matter expertise.

      • Evolving existing campus recruiting efforts with a focus on meeting business needs and improving candidate experience.

      • Fostering recruiting partnerships with internal clients including employee networks and school teams as well as external partners, universities, and student organizations.

      • Provide business support by leading governance routines with internal stakeholders.

      *Travel 25% or greater in peak seasons

      *Manages work routines that will require working outside normal business hours, i.e. program training, events

      • Creates a pipeline of candidates with desired skills by developing and executing a sourcing strategy, and candidate assessment to identify, attract, and recruit suitable talent

      • Facilitates creating a more diverse and inclusive workplace by ensuring that the hiring process leverages a pool of candidates with varied backgrounds and experiences

      • Ensures compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting and candidate selection including applicable federal and state recruitment regulations including The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission

      Required Qualifications:

      • 2+ years of experience in program or project management; managing end-to-end processes in a complex organization

      • Must have client management experience, with the ability to influence internal clients and stakeholders and provide consultative services.

      • Strong interpersonal skills and organizational savvy; listens and communicates in a direct, succinct manner

      • Must have strong communication skills both oral and written, including the ability to explain results of complex analysis at a level that resonates across many different audiences

      • Previous experience developing concise and effective presentations, assimilating complex data into a results-based story, and effectively presenting the results. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PP and Outlook)

      • Creative thinker with the ability to solve problems

      • Self-motivation, superior sense of urgency, and ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously

      • Thoughtful and demonstrates good judgment; strong decision-making skills; ethical

      • Unquestionable business and personal integrity, and values congruent with those of the organization

      • Campus roles may have a travel requirement during peak hiring months (September/October and February/March)
