What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate the recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, reference checks, and job offers
- Maintain accurate staffing documentation and track vendor-related expenses
- Manage and maintain recruiting documents and ensure data integrity
- Initiate and track the onboarding process for new hires
- Provide reports on Talent Acquisition metrics to leadership, highlighting trends and areas for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Post-secondary education of 2 years, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration
- 2-5 years of experience in a HR/Talent Acquisition Coordinator or senior administrative position
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with tact and diplomacy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingualism in English/French
- Experience utilizing Workday Applicant Tracking System
- Strong attention to detail and process improvement capabilities
- Proactive work ethic with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel occasionally across the territory
