      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate the recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting reference checks
      - Maintain accurate staffing documentation as required by law
      - Initiate and track the onboarding process for new employees
      - Participate in HR projects such as ATS implementation and development of HR orientation programs
      - Provide reports on Talent Acquisition metrics to leadership, tracking trends and identifying areas for improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Post-secondary education of 2 years, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration
      - 2-5 years of experience in a HR/Talent Acquisition Coordinator or senior administrative position
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
      - Proven sound judgment and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingualism in English/French
      - Experience utilizing Workday Applicant Tracking System
      - Superior attention to detail and process improvement capabilities
      - Proactive with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
      - Willingness to travel occasionally across the territory
