Reviews and approves the hire business process for all hires, re-hires and transfers.
Reviews and troubleshoots period activity pay transactions and other Workday transitions.
Prepares interview packets in partnership with Talent Acquisition Consultants.
Supports new hires through the onboarding process and acts as a resource for candidates, Talent Acquisition Consultants and Human Resources Consultants.
Provides technical and troubleshooting support to Talent Acquisition Consultants.
Provides customer service to internal and external customers via the HR Connection platform.
Creates job aid and quick response materials for use in the HR Connection platform.
Runs and updates Service Date calculations for new hires.
High School Diploma or GED.
1 year of relevant experience.
Workday experience highly desired.
Excellent customer service and professional communication skills.
Efficiency and organization with the ability to prioritize work/tasks.
Experience with high volume HR-related processing.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and DocuSign.

Job DescriptionTalent Acquisition is responsible for the ongoing strategy and implementation of sourcing, recruiting, and selecting talent. The Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator responsibilities include providing comprehensive support for the execution of recruiting and hiring operations, with a sharp focus on customer service. Talent Acquisition Coordinators will work closely as a team and in tandem with Talent Acquisition Consultants. We are actively recruiting for three TA Coordinator opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesServes as a liaison to the applicant community by monitoring and responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries. Models our shared values and sets high recruitment standards, maintaining operational excellence and compliance.
