      • This is an operational role, carrying out all recruitment administrative tasks, moving candidates through in a timely manner and ensuring the highest quality service in line with our agreed service level agreements.

      • This role would suit an individual who enjoys working collaboratively, providing an exceptional service to stakeholders, has effective time management skills along with high attention to detail.

      • Working pattern/flexible working - This is a hybrid working role, therefore your time will primarily be split between working from home and our Bracknell office. There will be an expectation to attend in person team days at Bracknell at least once a month. Induction and 2 weeks training will be held in person at our Bracknell office.

      • Salary - £27,200 - £36,000 dependent on relevant skills and experience.

      • Contract type - We have a number of opportunities for fixed-term contracts until 7th December 2024. (internally known as Secondment).

      • Hours of work - The team cover an operational window on a rota basis: Earliest start time: 08:00 , Latest finish time: 18:00 and Saturday working on a rotational basis - 09:00 - 17:00

      • Interviews will be taking place Monday - Thursday 10am to 4pm

      About the role

      Working for the Talent Acquisition Team Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting and delivering the wider Talent Acquisition team with the end to end recruitment process and administrative tasks in line with policies and legal requirements. Working collaboratively with all members of your squad, you will ensure that we are delivering an excellent service to our hiring managers and candidates, promoting a strong employer brand at all times through credible relationships. You will be highly organised, have strong attention to detail and high accuracy.

      In this role you will be accountable for supporting all areas of our business, building a strong understanding of their requirements and any specific legal or policy requirements that may impact hires. You will have strong knowledge of processes such as vetting, criminal convictions, right to work and reasonable adjustments, knowing when to escalate queries or seek further support. You may be accountable for interviewing for volume hires, negotiating start dates and salaries with candidates on behalf of your Retail colleagues.

      You will be responsible for communicating with Candidates and Hiring Managers to resolve queries, escalating where appropriate and always thinking with a consumer first mindset.

      Essential skills you’ll need:-

      • Ability to work calmly under pressure and in an agile way

      • Work effectively to deadlines

      • Ability to carry out multiple tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.

      • Good communication and organisation skills

      • Great stakeholder management skills

      Desirable skills you could bring:-

      • 6 months+ Retail experience

      • Familiarity with applicant tracking system

      • 6 months + recruitment experience and understanding of end to end recruitment processes and policies

      • Experience of acting and/or engaging with hiring managers.
