      Your Role on Our Team:

      The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will partner directly with Talent Acquisition, candidates, business partners , and hiring managers to facilitate and support all phases of the recruiting/ hiring/ pre boarding process . The ideal candidate will take a forward-thinking approach to incorporating innovation and automation into the recruitment process. They will own the coordination, logistics , and scheduling of interviews for candidates while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality . They will be responsible for making data - driven decisions related to automation and other process improvements . Lastly, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage vendor relationships , contract or hiring, and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.

      *This is an on-site role with flexibility and will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Brookfield, WI.

      You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and re sponsibilities:

      • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for candidate scheduling, travel, and logistics throughout the recruitment process

      • Schedule interviews, coordinate interview panels, and manage interview logistics for a seamless and captivating experience

      • Manage preboarding tasks, including submitting candidates for background checks and drug screens in compliance with legal standards and company policy

      • Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry in the ATS

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; using your skills to convey branded messaging that resonates with candidates and stakeholders

      • Provid e timely updates and open communication to candidates and all stakeholders in the recruitment process

      • Build out reports and metrics to guide recruitment strategies

      • Manage recruitment data, providing valuable insights, exploring, and implementing process enhancements based on data-driven recommendations and best practice s

      • Proactively seek out ways to enhance the recruitment process through the use of technology and innovation

      • Implement and utiliz e recruitment software and tools to automate repetitive tasks such as interview scheduling, communication with candidates, and data management to improve overall efficiency

      • Manage our presence at recruitment events, enhancing our organization's visibility

      • Take charge of vendor relationships, ensuring effective collaboration and service quality

      • Responsible for the hiring of temporary and contract workers

      • Lead and execute talent acquisition projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met efficiently

      • Monitor employee referrals and generate reports to triage outstanding employee referrals

      • Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies in recruitment activities

      • Discretion in handling confidential information

      • Up to 10% travel

      • Other duties as assigned .

      The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:

      • Will be based in the Brookfield, Wisconsin area and have a minimum of two years of experience in a business or office environment utilizing the required coordinator and customer service skills.

      • Highly e ffective c ommunication skills , extremely detail oriented, data driven, and strong organizational skills

      • Ability to prioritize and mu l titask in a dynamic work environment with limited supervision

      • Proficient in the Microsoft suite with a strong technical aptitude for other software technolog ies to innovate practices

      • Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion with decision-making responsibilities

      • M aintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost care

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

      Other TOOLS we prefer you to have:

      • Demonstrated experience in talent or HR-related discipline

      • F amiliar with and knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the recruitment and employment function

      • Proficiency in recruitment specific software and technology
