      Job Description:
      This job is responsible for partnering with recruiters to manage the end-to-end hiring process which includes understanding business needs, providing technical and logistical support to a team of recruiters, and ensuring compliance of rules and regulations.

      The Talent Acquisition Coordinator team is part of the Global Talent Acquisition organization. The primary focus of our team is to facilitate the recruiting process, partnering with a team of recruiters whom support various lines of businesses including Campus. The teammate in this role is responsible for engaging with multiple teammates across HR and the line of business partners on the talent acquisition process, including but not limited to:

      Responsibilities:

      • Manage the end-to-end compliance process and must proactively anticipate and identify concerns/issues as part of daily responsibilities.
      • Support New hire documentation requirements
      • Utilize the Talent Acquisition applicant tracking system to manage/document where hire is in process.
      • Own tracking and documentation of risk related Talent Acquisition requirements such as I9, background checks, on-boarding etc.
      • Responsible for overseeing compliance processes and adhering to applicable Bank of America HR policies and procedures, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws and guidelines.

      Required Qualifications:

      • Minimum 2 3 years’ experience customer service type/customer or client facing role, with experience in high volume case management i.e. candidate management, business support, administrative, and operations
      • Must have strong communication skills both oral (i.e. telephone, telepresence meetings, etc.) and written (i.e. e-mail, presentations, etc.), including the ability to explain results at a level that resonates across many different audiences within a virtual environment.
      • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid relationships characterized by mutual respect, understanding, and trust
      • Ability to collaborate among team members and business partners; contribute ideas, opinions, and skills toward the achievement of a common goal
      • Proven experience with proactive identification of issues, trends and executing solutions
      • Proven experience in researching, documenting, and escalating issues as required with an emphasis on migrating risk, compliance oriented
      • Proven experience managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously, strong prioritization and time management skills, self-directed Result-oriented
      • Experience working in multiple information systems simultaneously and solid general database knowledge, with the ability to multi-task & toggle into various systems
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
      • Ability to work independently and apply good judgment (e.g., knowing when to escalate issues, etc.)
      • Strong problem-solving skills.
      • Strong adapting skills demonstrating flexibility to support multiple teams across the Talent Coordinator Enterprise
      • Strong multi-tasking skills to track hires in various stages in the process.
      • Ability to work under pressure in a high volume environment with strict deadlines.

      Desired Qualifications:

      • Previous experience in recruiting or other area within human resources
      • Proficiency w/ HR Systems – i.e. HRIS, Oracle, Oleeo, Workday
      • Associates or Bachelor's Degree
