      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with new hire administration through the online Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
      - Coordinate and schedule interviews for various positions
      - Provide support for internal and external applicant inquiries related to hiring and pre-hire checks
      - Facilitate the pre-hire requirement process and maintain communication with stakeholders
      - Coordinate on and off-site Talent Acquisition events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Degree/GED with 0-1+ years of related coordinator or administrative level work experience
      - Demonstrates initiative, responsibility, and accountability to deadlines
      - Ability to multi-task and work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive professional demeanor
      - High attention to detail and accuracy, with effective communication and writing skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, marketing, or related field with 0-1+ years of related experience
      - Experience managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
      - Familiarity with Human Resources best practices
      - Experience with applicant tracking systems, ICIMS preferred
