- Proactively source candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media platforms, ATS talent pool, LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networks
- Grow an active candidate database for future needs. Actively sourcing, nurturing and pipelining candidates from entry-level to senior management
- Work with the Talent Acquisition team to determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with hiring managers
- Maintain & update job description library and task brief database
- Plan, schedule and coordinate interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in person interviews
- Maintain comprehensive records of all recruitment materials on TeamTailor, including interview notes and related application documents, for sharing with key stakeholders
- Ensure Croud’s EVP and branding is incorporated in all internal and external communications
- Support recruitment drives to populate the talent pipeline across the various channels
- Use all available tools and resources to ensure advertising is written with a specific and aligned focus to the Brand
- Promote the internal employee referral programme
- Work with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring teams to ensure each vacancy has a clearly defined recruitment possess which is fair and consistent
- Assist hiring managers with the screening of candidates to ensure that they have a diverse shortlist
- Assist with the regular review of assessments/ task briefs based on the specific role competencies and in line with any changes in the business
- Previous experience in a recruitment role, emphasising strong administrative skills and adherence to recruitment process policies
- Proven ability in sourcing strong candidates and aligning with exceptional candidate experience standards
- Knowledge of resourcing methods and keeping up with industry trends
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- A keen understanding of the specific requirements for each role within the company
- Proficiency in documenting processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who will support the Talent Acquisition Team in the implementation of the global recruitment strategy. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support all of the Croud recruitment and talent acquisition needs across the agency. This is a new and exciting opportunity to support a growing business that requires an energetic partner with drive and initiative.

Croud operates a hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days a week based in our Shrewsbury office and the remaining days from home if you wish.

Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
