- Administrative Support: Maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), managing candidate data, and preparing reporting.
- Sourcing and Screening: Assisting TA Team with resume screening, candidate sourcing and initial contact with applicants.
- Interview Coordination: Scheduling interviews, managing logistics and providing candidate and stakeholder support.
- Job Fairs: Attend and assist TA Team with the set up, management and execution of offsite job fairs.
- Onboarding: Assisting with the onboarding process, preparing necessary paperwork.
- Communication: Communicating effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Reporting: Maintaining key reports to monitor recruitment activity.
- 2 to 3 Years of experience in the Talent Acquisition field or the equivalent of a College Degree in a related field such as Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration.
- Previous ATS experience
- Excellent written and verbal Communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills in working with and building relationships with employees and stakeholders.
- Advanced in Microsoft( Office Suite; i.e. Excel, PPT)
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Exercises a high degree of confidentiality with sensitive information.

Reports to: Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition
Role Overview
The temporary Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator will support Richemont Region Functions (RRF) for North America. The TA Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team supporting RRF within the Dallas Market.
Reporting to the TA Senior Manager, the TA Coordinator works collaboratively with the business, and TA Team and liaises with the RRF HR Partners to coordinate and provide information to the internal clients. This temporary position is currently estimated to be 12 weeks.
