      It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work onsite for three (3) or more days a week and will have a dedicated workspace when working onsite. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.

      Summary of the Job:

      FNBO’s Talent Acquisition Enablement Lead(individual contributor) will serve as a key enabler of the Talent Acquisition function. This individual will collaborate with the entire Talent Acquisition Team to lead, support, and deliver key projects and initiatives aligned to our Talent Strategy with a focus on team advancement through:

      • TAG enterprise function planning and roadmap management aligned to Enterprise goals, HR Goals, and business unit plans
      • Consistent and optimized candidate and manager experience and process design
      • Consistent tool design and application (in partnership with Workday PO)
      • Vendor management, integration, and optimization
      • Data management, application, measurement, and reporting (in partnership with HR Data Team)
      • Compliance adherence and design embedded into processes and practices
      • Talent Acquisition function future-state advancement and continuous improvement (focusing on effectiveness and efficiency in support of business goals)

      About This Role:

      Enablement Lead Accountabilities

      • Lead team (in partnership with VP of Talent Management and VPs of Business Partnering) to build 12–18-month talent acquisition enterprise business plan aligned to HR goals and in support of business goals focused on function effectiveness and efficiency.
      • Serve as day-to-day lead and escalation point for enterprise talent acquisition activities including, processes, tools, vendors, data, and compliance.
      • Lead regular cross-functional TAG team meetings and represent TAG to HRLT, as needed.
      • Ensure ongoing measurement and continuous improvement of talent acquisition function performance.
        • Launch and evolve a feedback mechanism to measure function effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement.
        • Lead end-to-end work to gather and leverage feedback from Talent Acquisition team, business stakeholders, and best practices to continuously improve processes and experiences for candidates and hiring managers and drive process changes as appropriate across the broader team, HR, and the business as related to Talent Acquisition.
        • Provide feedback to VP of Talent Management and VPs of Business Partnering regularly on the performance of the function relative to goals and recommend appropriate actions for improvement.

      Enhancement & Optimization Accountabilities

      • PROCESS & EXPERIENCE IMPROVEMENT:
        • Leverage expertise to identify and implement ongoing improvements to processes and experience design for candidates and hiring managers with consideration for downstream consequences and future opportunities.
        • Evaluate analytics, best practices, competitive intelligence, legal legislation/precedents, and disruptive industry advancement insights to inform ongoing functional enhancements.
      • DATA MANAGEMENT
        • Monitor and share performance relative to data on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis with key stakeholders.
        • Build, maintain, and leverage data and dashboards for talent acquisition to identify opportunities for improvement, taking the function from basic reporting to predictive analysis aligned to workforce plans.
      • TOOL OPTIMIZATION AND ENHANCEMENTS:
        • Partner with SMEs across HR including Workday PO, Enterprise Sourcing, Tech, and external vendors as appropriate to onboard and refine tools and resources to optimize performance and support the team’s success as related to talent acquisition.
      • VENDOR MANAGEMENT AND OPTIMIZATION:
        • Manage contracts, relationships, and tool optimization across all TAG vendors in support of the Talent Acquisition team.
        • Ensure appropriate team training, usage, and efficiency of vendor partnerships.

      Other Recruiting Accountabilities

      • Recruiting & Hiring
        • Serve in a recruiting capacity as needed in support of the team when volumes run high.
      • Immigration & Employment Visa Sponsorship
        • Serve as Talent Acquisition Group immigration & employment visa sponsorship intermediary with external legal counsel, Employee Relations, Human Resources Business Partners/Advisors, Managers, etc.
      • Case Management Facilitation
        • Assign, resolve, & share Talent Acquisition Group cases for appropriate, expeditious action, as needed
      • Career Events & Professional/Social Networking
        • Participate in career and community outreach events to promote FNBO, and identify & develop alternative channels of candidate acquisition

        • Work collaboratively with peers and management to maintain positive working relationships both within and HR and throughout the organization.
      • Compliance
        • Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML program, as applicable to job duties. Understand and comply with any regulations that relate specifically to hiring practices, including EEO/AA and various state regulations.
          • Complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls, as required
          • Report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations
          • Report any suspicious customer and/or account activity
      • Professionalism/Attendance

      The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

      Required Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree required (in lieu of Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 2 years of talent acquisition experience may be considered)
      • Minimum of 5-7 years of talent acquisition experience
      • Previous project leadership experience
      • Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders of all levels and regularly communicate to achieve goals in a matrixed work environment
      • Ability to work independently with little day-to-day direction
      • Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to adhere to overlapping timelines of completion
      • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies
      • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors
      • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

      Desired Qualifications:

      • Previous lead or supervisory experience
      • Project Management Certification
      • 10+ years of talent acquisition or human resources experience preferred
      • Minimum of 5-7 years of project leadership experience preferred
      • Proficiency with Human Capital Management, Applicant Tracking Systems, & MS Office suite applications
