Innovate recruitment practices by bringing external trends and insights into the global strategy, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve.
Take ownership of global recruitment standards and processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency and operational excellence across all regions.
Develop global policies, working instructions, and best practices for a harmonized recruitment approach.
Lead global projects to optimize recruitment, especially in new markets, while aligning with global strategies.
Work on the International Recruitment Optimization Project (2025-2026), integrating advanced assessment tools like Equalture and Paradox.
Collaborate closely with the TA&EB, HR Automation and Business Technology teams to ensure alignment on recruitment objectives, initiatives and standards.
Support hyper-growth recruitment initiatives, especially as we continue to expand into new global markets
Creating next level candidate experience as most of our applicants are loyal customers, ambition: time to hire reduction from 65 to 5 days.
Drive the integration of advanced recruitment tools and technologies to further innovate and streamline processes.
Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of global recruitment strategies.
Experienced in recruitment with at least 5-7 years of experience in a global (high volume) recruitment environment, ideally within a retail or customer-facing industry.
A project management expert, with experience in implementing recruitment transformation initiatives and driving process improvements.
Familiar with recruitment technologies (ATS, assessment tools, etc.) and how they can be leveraged to drive efficiency and innovation.
A strategic thinker with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive change within the organization.
Passionate about maintaining high standards, creating a top-tier candidate experience, and continuously improving global recruitment practices.
A team player who works collaboratively with cross-functional teams and is comfortable taking ownership of key projects.
Focused on delivering results with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and process optimization.

Your work will directly impact how we attract and hire top talent worldwide while maintaining a seamless candidate journey that reflects the Rituals brand.
