- Advanced University Studies (only Bachelor´s degree; master’s will not be considered).
- Advanced English Level (B2 or higher).
- Knowledge in Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Creative problem solver and can listen and understand a process before recommending improvements.
- Outstanding social skills and the ability to function well independently or within a team.
- High level of integrity and strict adherence to protecting confidential information.
- Good organizational and planning skills, with a proven ability to manage time well in a fast-paced, ever-changing, team-oriented environment.

- In case of residing in Mexico, only candidates who are at least one year away from completing their degree will be considered.

- Assisting in recruitment coordination – resume reviews, sourcing, interview scheduling, offer creation, onboarding.
- Completing special projects as necessary and capable and having the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently.
- Tackling any problems that arise in a creative, organized, and productive manner.
- Utilize Lever our applicant tracking system (ATS) for talent acquisition needs & for any HR needs.
- Assist with onboarding process including new hire orientation and documentation.
- Assist with ATS maintenance and reporting.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all interactions with others to always represent the organization professionally.

About this role:
The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the day-to-day activities of the Talent Acquisition team for the Andean Region. They will contribute to the business, will lead and own certain deliverables and will also be assigned to specific, meaningful projects throughout the duration of the internship. Each internship is unique, based on matching the educational and career objectives of the student to the activities of a particular functional area and its specific needs.
