      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in screening candidates for open roles using the applicant tracking system
      - Help coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
      - Support Talent Acquisition Partners with pipeline management and scheduling
      - Draft job descriptions and maintain the careers page
      - Contribute to employer branding initiatives through social media and campus outreach

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
      - Strong interest in talent acquisition
      - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace and LinkedIn
