      This internship position welcomes both full remote and hybrid work arrangements. However, applicants must be based in Spain, France or Italy to be considered.


      ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP

      In collaboration with the global PeopleOps team, you will assist with finding, sourcing, and attracting talent with the goal to fulfil the company's hiring needs aligning with the Global Strategy. You will drive recruitment of top talent, champion diversity, and strengthen employee engagement.

      Missions:

      • Partner with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to help them evaluate and structure hiring needs for roles of varying seniority
      • Help define our sourcing strategy
      • Proactively research and creatively utilize various sources to increase candidate flow
      • Source talent by actively headhunting for business and tech positions
      • Interview candidates
      • Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes
      • Track recruitment, keep up-to-date records of activity on our Applicant Tracking System
      • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned including employer branding and onboarding

      ABOUT YOU

      • An interest to learn more about People Operations and/or Talent Acquisition
      • Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements
      • Passion for Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
      • Attention to details
      • Team player and problem-solving skills
      • Good time-management skills
      • Great interpersonal and communication skills
      • Fluency in English (Essential)
