- Managing the full lifecycle recruitment directly and thru a team of direct and matrix reports for executive, professional, and non-exempt positions including but not limited to: sourcing, screening, interviewing, referrals, negotiating, and offers for a high-volume account (up to 1,000 new hires per year).
- Establishing a repeatable recruiting process and training all team members to follow the process and associated stakeholder communication and escalations.
- Collaborating with executive leadership, operations leadership, HR Advisors, and hiring managers to clarify job specification and staffing needs to fill current and future openings.
- Developing and implementing the social media strategy for the account using innovative tools and methods for finding high quality candidates.
- Leveraging data and early detection methods for potential risks and gaps in staffing and accelerate your team’s focus and resources to address staffing vacancies quickly.
- Focusing extensively on driving down time to fill for open positions thru proactive management of each step in the hiring process and eliminating delays.
- Building and maintaining traditional and non-traditional pipelines of talent with diverse skillsets and perspectives.
- Develop and maintaining extensive Technical/Vocational School relationships that feed directly into our Technician positions, building a robust military pipeline, and leveraging your professional network.
- Managing contracts and relationships with recruitment and temp agency partners.
- Maintaining a close relationship and partnership with JLL’s Talent COE to share best practices.
- Skillfully promoting our brand, values and culture in every connection.
- Regularly analyzing and reporting the account’s success to the account’s executive leadership, Amazon leadership, and JLL.

We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our Corporate Functions Talent Acquisition team. In this role you will:
Leading the latest thinking
You’ll develop HR initiatives that enhance the organization’s ability to attract and retain the best talent. You’ll shape the entire Talent Acquisition Team by establishing clear performance goals and development needs; ensuring the highest quality is achieved. Utilizing your expertise to overcome hurdles and roadblocks, making the team the most prominent in the industry.
Participating in industry-leading projects
You’ll support impactful HR-related projects, that’ll include conducting research and developing new technologies, strategies, and tools that will keep us one step ahead of the competition. You’ll man age costs by negotiating contracts with our vendors while leveraging their services to our advantage.

Experienced Professional
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or Marketing will be ideal, and you’ll need at least 5 years of experience in recruiting, with 2 of of those years having led a team.
Innate Leader
Being able to navigate in ambiguity while making decision based on sound judgement is a critical skill to possess. Remaining calm and fluid with daily changes in scope and direction is a must; you’ll be unflappable and mission-focused keeping the team and account continually moving in the positive direction. Verbal and written communication skills are vital, and, of course you’ll be good at establishing relationships with all levels of the organization.
Metrics Driven
The ability to understand, analyze, report, and drive decisions based on objective data and relevant information is critical. You will need to be comfortable extracting, manipulating, identifying trends and hidden opportunities, and presenting data in a digestible manner data to constantly improve recruiting performance.
Tech Savvy
The talent acquisition industry is consistently changing with technology. You’ll need to make technology work to your advantage. Staying abreast of the latest applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms will support you in recruiting top talent. Thorough knowledge of global recruitment practices is desired.
Reputable
You’ll have an eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. You’ll have a proven track record of results as we’ll expect you to work independently, multi-task, and manage your time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, you’ll want to work as part of a diverse supportive and talented team.
