      This role can be based anywhere in Europe.

      Key Responsibilities

      Executive Search Strategy and Partnership:

      • Host executive candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

      • Present market research to the business to inform search strategies.

      Pipeline Management:

      • Manage all components of the candidate pipeline, maintain data integrity, and proactively share updates with internal stakeholders.

      • Create innovative candidate identification methods, engagement strategies, and channels for executive recruiting.

      Strategic Guidance and Support:

      • Conduct consultative intake calls, provide weekly status reports, assess risks/challenges, and drive solution-oriented results.

      • Directly source talent while leveraging research for some positions.

      Market Data and Technology Utilization:

      • Leverage external market data, vendors and sourcing channels, to quickly build and maintain external talent pipelines.

      Interview and Assessment Management:

      • Manage the interview process, ensuring qualified candidates are thoroughly vetted before presenting.

      • Ensure quick turnaround on interview scheduling requests, debrief with interview panelists, and provide timely feedback to candidates.

      • Launch required assessments for candidates and conduct PAPI interviews where required.

      Coaching and Development:

      • Coach senior hiring managers in best practice recruitment skills through one-on-one sessions and varying degrees of support throughout the entire process.

      • Support actively at decision-making points and during compensation negotiations.

      • Understand and translate DEI goals and strategies into tangible results at the executive level.

      • Drive DEI initiatives in executive recruitment processes.
