End-to-end recruitment responsibility & ownership, heavily focused on headhunting/sourcing Engineers (e.g Java, Go, Javascript).
Be a partner to your business unit and create strong relationships with your stakeholders and hiring managers
Develop and optimise tools, including AI, methods, and processes, to attract and hire top candidates.
Experienced interviewer with the ability to assess candidates at all levels.
At least four years of experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition in a KPI/target-driven environment.
A blended background, ideally will include the following: In-house, headhunting/direct sourcing, plus a fast-paced recruitment agency profile.
Conceptual strengths and analytical skills, paired with a hands-on mentality and a good sense of structure and processes
Growth mindset with the ability and willingness to understand the bigger picture.
Native English level / additional languages are always valued at Omio
Positive personality with a team spirit.
Ability to work under pressure, manage stakeholder expectations, and become a true partner to the business

Job Description
Exciting opportunity, due to continued growth, Omio is eager to hire a new team member for its Talent Acquisition team in Prague. As a skilled recruiter, you will possess an established network within engineering in the local market and a strong track record in hiring engineers. You will demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management experience up to the CXO level, the confidence to make decisions, the ability to drive the process, and a mindset focused on continuously improving processes.
Location is Prague, offering hybrid working.
