  Job Description

  Exciting opportunity, due to continued growth, Omio is eager to hire a new team member for its Talent Acquisition team in Prague. As a skilled recruiter, you will possess an established network within engineering in the local market and a strong track record in hiring engineers. You will demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management experience up to the CXO level, the confidence to make decisions, the ability to drive the process, and a mindset focused on continuously improving processes.

  Location is Prague, offering hybrid working.

  Key tasks

  • End-to-end recruitment responsibility & ownership, heavily focused on headhunting/sourcing Engineers (e.g Java, Go, Javascript).

  • Be a partner to your business unit and create strong relationships with your stakeholders and hiring managers

  • Develop and optimise tools, including AI, methods, and processes, to attract and hire top candidates.

  • Experienced interviewer with the ability to assess candidates at all levels.

  Qualifications

  • At least four years of experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition in a KPI/target-driven environment.

  • A blended background, ideally will include the following: In-house, headhunting/direct sourcing, plus a fast-paced recruitment agency profile.

  • Conceptual strengths and analytical skills, paired with a hands-on mentality and a good sense of structure and processes

  • Growth mindset with the ability and willingness to understand the bigger picture.

  • Native English level / additional languages are always valued at Omio

  • Positive personality with a team spirit.

  • Ability to work under pressure, manage stakeholder expectations, and become a true partner to the business
