- Work with TA Leads to identify and understand opportunities for efficiencies (i.e., processes and performance improvements).
- Day-to-day, weekly/monthly data analysis of recruitment KPIs (i.e., time to fill, root causes for positions on hold, cost to fill, etc).
- Assist TA Ops Leads with the reporting/data analytics views and make recommendations to help inform business decisions to drive immediate and long-term process improvements, with focus on quality, speed and efficiency.
- Ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned/designated by TA Team.
- Prepare and present summary findings and recommendations to senior TA and HR leadership at the end of the summer.
- Working towards a bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) as a rising junior or senior, from an accredited college or university. Degree in Data Science or Business-related field preferred
- Knowledge and desire to explore TA/HR related data mining and analysis
- Strong desire and willingness to learn Talent Acquisition Operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems/gaps and recommend solutions quickly and accurately
- Strong communicator, able to work cross-functionally to accomplish tasks
- Must be independent, yet team and detail-oriented along with being highly organized
- Problem solving skills - strong ability to deep dive into details towards issue resolution
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook experience is required

Role Description:
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Intern will work closely with Zoetis TA Operations Leads to solve TA related business problems, run various data analyses, and define well supported solutions/recommendations that will enable the Talent Acquisition team, in partnership with the business, to make critical business decisions that support and improve TA operations efficiency.

The following hourly pay rates reflect the anticipated base pay for this position:
If the selected candidate is a student pursuing an Associate-level degree: $16.00 per hour
If the selected candidate is a student pursuing an Undergraduate-level degree: $20.00 per hour
If the selected candidate is a student pursing a Graduate-level degree: $32.50 per hour
If the selected candidate is a student pursuing a Doctorate-level degree: $36.00 per hour
The following hourly pay rates reflect the anticipated base pay for this position if a selected candidate were to be located in California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Illinois (Chicago area), Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington (Seattle area):
Student pursuing an Associate-level degree: $17.00 per hour
Student pursuing an Undergraduate-level degree: $22.00 per hour
Student pursing a Graduate-level degree: $36.40 per hour
Student pursuing a Doctorate-level degree: $40.30 per hour
