- The role is driven by 6 pillars: Processes design, Digital solutions implementation & evolution, Reporting / Metrics / Predictive analysis across data secured in E-2-E hiring, Continues TA process improvement, Agency/Vendor Management, Generating Talent Intelligence.
- Lead and manage new TA product implementations for Hubs in collaboration with Global TA Operations: kickoffs, project plan, requirements gathering, design and configuration, communication plan, UAT, training, post-implementation support.
- Drive continuous improvement of the recruitment process and tools in Hubs through data-driven analysis and scoping, for a better TA, candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Own all aspects of talent acquisition systems for Hubs: operations, training, third-party relationships, vendor management eco system.
- Work closely with Hubs local and global TA business leaders, talent management, communication, procurement, HR to ensure alignment, continuous improvement and understanding of recruitment operations. You will be a member of the Sanofi global TA Network.
- Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the hiring process and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various recruitment activities.
- Generate reports and analytics to provide insights into recruitment metrics and trends.
- Seek efficiencies in process design gain participant feedback regularly to evaluate their experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the hiring process in hubs.
- Providing ‘Talent Intelligence’ to TA Leaders, stake holders across Hubs using various tools like LinkedIn Insights, Draup, external talent vendors, market insights, to help businesses take effective decisions on movement of roles between global hubs.
- You will bring in a “data driven approach” and showcase ROI through impactful metrics, analytics, analysis, reporting.
- Significant expertise in Talent Acquisition Operations, with strong focus on local/global employment market dynamics, experience of same in GBS (Global Business Services) organizations will be an added advantage.
- Ability to interpret data from a variety of sources and drive solutions in a complex and ambiguous environment.
- Strong Project Management skills and ability to drive results, demonstrating a strong business acumen with an understanding of how strategic talent acquisition impacts the business.
- Experience in local, global vendor relationship management
- Solution oriented attitude with the right balance of innovation and pragmatic creativity
- High collaboration, engagement, and customer focus in a matrix environment
- You have a strong executive presence and act as a one point of contact for TA Operations for hubs globally.
- Be an Individual contributor, self-starter, autonomous.
- You are fluent in English.

This role in the Chief Talent Office COE reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, Hubs and is part of the Hubs TA Leadership team.
Sanofi ‘Hubs’ are where our key Strategic Business Operations are hosted providing centralized
services across Global Medical & Commercial, Finance, People, Procurement, Digital, Manufacturing, SCM, R&D services to businesses.

The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for all external and internal hiring (~24K Hires in FY22) into Sanofi. Your role will be responsible to manage Talent Acquisition Operations across our 4 Hubs globally, based in Hyderabad (India), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Budapest (Hungary), Bogota (Colombia).
Your responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Operations Lead for Sanofi Global Hubs, your expertise in talent acquisition operations, operational strategies for continuous improvement and efficiencies for increased productivity and exceptional customer service, utilizing a variety of sources, data and metrics identifying strategies for efficiencies and increased productivity and your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders will be critical to meet the Hub talent needs and drive business success.
