- Provide operational and technical support across various recruiting technology platforms, including iCIMS, Eightfold, HireVue, Visier ServiceNow, and others.
- Support talent acquisition projects, such as technical implementations, various system integrations, and exploration of new technologies to improve quality and speed to hire.
- Conduct data analysis, prepare reports, and develop dashboards to showcase operational effectiveness and support process enhancements.
- Utilize problem solving and critical thinking skills to understand the problem, the scope of the project and the development of simple, sustainable, and scalable solutions based on analysis of data and situations.
- Support as a liaison for external vendors, ensuring effective management of 3rd party software partnerships including but not limited to iCIMS, HireVue, Eightfold, and Workday.
- Audit Talent Acquisition security access, processes, and data to ensure the highest level of accuracy possible.

- Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2 year of experience in business systems, analytics, system administration, or reporting
- Experience in HR or recruiting preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of iCIMS, Eightfold, Visier, Workday, or similar platforms highly desirable
- Background in program management or process improvement a plus
