      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Actively source and build talent pipelines for high-performing medical and sales professionals in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors
      - Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure clarity in job requirements and candidate assessments
      - Manage the recruiting process, including sourcing, selection, offer negotiations, and pre-hire onboarding for multiple requisitions
      - Conduct interviews and assess candidates for cultural fit and performance ability
      - Drive improvements in the recruitment process and implement innovative strategies and technologies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree required
      - Minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in high-volume staffing/recruiting for medical and sales professionals
      - Experience with strategic sourcing and creating talent pipelines
      - Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and clients

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience specifically in pharmaceutical, medical device, or life sciences sales recruiting
      - Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities/projects
      - Demonstrated customer-facing skills with a focus on relationship-building
      - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite
