What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively source and build talent pipelines for Pharmaceutical and Life Science Medical and Sales professionals
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure job requirements are clearly understood and candidates are properly assessed
- Manage the full recruiting process including sourcing, selection, offer negotiations, and onboarding
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates for cultural fit and performance ability
- Drive improvements in the recruitment process and implement innovative strategies and technologies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum of two years of experience in high volume staffing/recruiting for Medical and Sales professionals
- Experience with strategic sourcing and creating talent pipelines
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Med Device, or Life Science Sales recruiting
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Adaptability and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite
