Do you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you interact with people? Would you relish the opportunity to contribute to the world's largest food and beverage company? Nestlé Finland is excited to announce a compelling job opening for an HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team located in Keilaniemi, Espoo.

      About Nestlé and Our Culture

As the world's largest food company, we offer a diverse array of products across various categories, with a core focus on nutrition, health, and wellness. In Nestlé Nordic, we bring together a vibrant team of dedicated individuals committed to promoting health, sustainability, and wellness. Our expansive portfolio of iconic brands and innovative offerings allows us to cater to the unique tastes and preferences of our Nordic consumers.

Nestlé Nordic isn't just a workplace; it's a community that values each individual's contributions. We recognize that you are more than your job title, and we embrace the diverse tapestry of our organization shaped by your talents, experiences, and perspectives. Together, we foster a culture that fosters personal growth, celebrates diversity, and unlocks countless opportunities.

      Your Role

At Nestlé Finland, we're searching for an HR & Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner to join our HR team. In this role, you'll be an integral part of the Nordic Talent Acquisition and Development (TAD) Team, consisting of seven dedicated professionals. In your local capacity in Espoo, you'll closely collaborate with two HR colleagues, the HR Manager, and the Payroll Specialist. Reporting to our Talent Acquisition and Development Manager, Patrik Henriksson, this permanent role is based at our recently renovated Finnish Office in Espoo Keilaniemi. Due to the nature of the work, we expect you to work at least 3 days a week at the office. Occasional travel might be required to our factory in Turku and other Nordic Countries.

This role seamlessly blends Talent Acquisition, various HR tasks, and HR administration. It presents an exciting opportunity to work in an international, fast-paced environment with exceptional colleagues. You'll collaborate closely with HR colleagues and Line Managers to align recruitment strategies and provide support for diverse HR matters both locally and across the Nordics.

      Our Team Culture

In the HR Team, we are united by our dedication to working with people. Our culture thrives on openness, collaboration, and active participation in shaping the team's future. We bolster each other in achieving ambitious objectives, delivering measurable results, and offering top-tier service to the business.

"As we maintain a brisk pace and meet tight deadlines, we also prioritize togetherness and a shared commitment to elevate HR," says Patrik Henriksson, Talent Acquisition and Development Manager.

      Key Responsibilities

Your role offers a panoramic view of HR. You'll take charge of the recruitments in our Finnish department in Espoo and our factory in Turku. Beyond managing your own recruitment processes, you'll lead Nordic Talent Acquisition projects and contribute to various HR topics and processes throughout the employment lifecycle, providing essential HR administrative support to the Finnish organization. This position demands both independent work and collaborative teamwork with your HR peers.

      Some of your responsibilities include:

      • Advising hiring managers on recruitment strategies in collaboration with HR Business Partners
      • Crafting appealing job advertisements
      • Orchestrating interview coordination and feedback
      • Preparing employment contracts and HR documentation
      • Managing employment lifecycle administration, including hires and terminations
      • Updating and upholding Finnish HR policies and processes

      Qualifications and Expectations

We anticipate that you have prior experience in a similar HR Specialist role or within Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, or another HR capacity where you've been involved in the full recruitment process. Familiarity with the various aspects of the recruitment process is advantageous. While not mandatory, experience in a Nordic and/or Global organization is preferred, as is a comfort level in cross-functional and cross-cultural collaborations.

You hold a relevant bachelor’s or master's degree and possess fluent communication skills in both Finnish and English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected, and you're enthusiastic about engaging with new systems and processes. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is considered a plus. Your role involves interacting with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced landscape. Effective communication, exceptional service, and relationship-building skills are important.

To succeed in this position, you should:

      • Operate efficiently with a systematic and structured approach
      • Exhibit natural coordination abilities while attending to details
      • Demonstrate initiative and challenge the status quo
      • Showcase a proactive, can-do attitude
      • Embrace flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
      • Thrive both as an independent contributor and as a collaborative team player with peers across Nordic locations

We firmly believe that when you bring your whole self to work, you unlock your full potential.
