      Job Description:

      Individual Contributor supporting/managing a specialized program. Serves in a generalist and or L&LD capacity during full time Analyst/Associate program duration. Works with manager, HR executives and stakeholders in the business to execute on LOB early talent strategy and programs. Responsibilities: headcount, learning, compensation, ratings, performance mgmt, development, mobility, coaching, employee relations, knowledge of competitive landscape, etc.

      Talent Acquisition Program Manager will be highly regarded with an excellent track record in his or her current environment. The successful candidate must be a strong, decisive, results-oriented associate who can independently manage workloads with a wide variety of partners (non-profits, local market office leaders, various HR partners, the Academy). The Program Manager will be responsible for leading program processes across the team’s organizational areas. The role is responsible for creating and managing the program design and driving program success in partnership with key LOB stakeholders while maintaining supporting relationships with the program members.


      Responsibilities:

      • Providing consultative support to the Program Leader to assist with the design, development and implementation of overall strategy

      • Working closely with internal partners including The Academy and Talent Acquisition Marketing to maintain an ongoing consistent learning strategy and assisting with planning and supporting learning events as needed

      • Partnering with recruiting and the local market leadership to understand the talent needs, existing partnerships and creating ways to drive the right talent into the organization

      • Attending events in support of the overall strategy. This work will require partnership with the market leaders, LOB leaders, recruiters and the TA marketing team

      • Creating and managing on-going communications regarding metrics and outcomes. This will require strong Excel and analytical skills

      • Onboarding of talent through the Fieldglass platform

      Required Skills:

      • Must have 2 years experience in one of the following areas: HR; Recruitment; Leadership Development; Learning; Project Management

      • Demonstrated leadership, client engagement skills

      • Reporting and analysis experience, experience gathering, organizing, analyzing and presenting large amounts of data clearly and concisely to help make fact-based decisions

      • Excellent client relationship skills. Able to forge strong relationships with internal and external partners and be a visible representative of the company in multiple forums

      • Strong consulting, project management and process thinking abilities. Can plan, build and execute strategically (often simultaneously); an individual that takes a broad perspective and can connect the dots

      • Excellent interpersonal skills; listens and communicates in a direct, succinct manner; able to influence senior executives

      • Superior verbal and written communication

      Desired Skills:

      • 2 to 5 years previous program management experience in a large, fast paced, multi-dimensional, results-oriented environment

      • Experience with HR systems is highly desirable i.e. Workday, Fieldglass

      Pay and benefits information

      Pay range

      $82,600.00 - $118,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

      Discretionary incentive eligible

      This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
