- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and Business Leaders to identify areas of opportunity and propose solutions within the Talent Acquisition Team
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure buy-in, awareness of programs and projects,
- Define schedules, key success measures and metrics, and project plans for each ongoing and future Talent Acquisition Program
- Lead and identify continuous improvement opportunities for established programs and projects, including the Coke Florida Driver Academy
- Develop and maintain data-driven analytics and insights for each program to measure areas of opportunity and success, creating presentations and sharing analytics and updates with leaders and stakeholders when necessary
- Manage outreach and recruitment efforts directly related to TA projects and programs; including management of external recruitment marketing organizations, job boards, and external partners where needed
- Remain up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure the organization remains competitive in talent attraction and program management
- Provide additional support to the Talent Acquisition team; remaining engaged and knowledgeable of TA team processes, procedures, and protocols
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 5 years of Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience required; additional experience in Human Resources, and Project Management preferred
- A strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices, including sourcing strategies, and recruitment metrics, is important. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is also beneficial.
- Strong proficiency in computer programs and applications, including Microsoft Office 365
- Strong communication skills and ability to utilize multiple formats of communication (email, phone, text, in-person)
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to engage with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, as well as the ability to influence and coach to key stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills to monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies
- Must be able to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve recruitment processes
- Ability to travel 20% if needed

Coke Florida is searching for a Talent Acquisition Program Manager to be based out of our Tampa Headquarters Location.
As a key member of the Coke Florida Talent Acquisition Team, the TA Program Manager will support ongoing and upcoming Talent Acquisition Programs and Initiatives across the organization. The TA Program Manager will engage with internal and external stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain TA programs for long-term growth and success across the organization. Some travel to various Coke Florida locations will be required.
