What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide timely and efficient recruitment services in alignment with organizational goals and policies
- Maintain a philosophy of continuous improvement and effective use of employer resources
- Support various client groups while managing multiple tasks
- Utilize applicant tracking and HR systems to streamline the recruitment process
- Collaborate with staff and leaders across all levels of the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR operations, preferably within a large complex organization
- Thorough understanding of Talent Acquisition processes and best practices
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare recruitment or HR operations
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Workday or PeopleSoft
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate situations and determine appropriate actions
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
