Education Criteria: MBA\ Post Graduation in MBA\ Executive MBA in HR
Mode of Working: Work From Office.
Areas of responsibility include:
➢ Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selectiontools/methods to filter candidates.➢ Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, andaptitudes and negotiate CTC with Candidates➢ Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices and provide welldocumented recruiting reports to the relevant stakeholders.➢ Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationshipsduring the selection process and Promote company’s reputation as “bestplace to work.”➢ Focused on metrics improvement with respect to cost, time, and quality ofhiring/onboarding processes.➢ Cost optimization and ROI realization➢ Ensuring compliance on the quality of deliverables➢ Effective and timely communication issues among internal and externalstakeholders and recommend process to the continuous improvementopportunities.➢ Comply to internal TCS requirements, accomplish required activities as perdeadlines.➢ Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing,doing eligibility checks, offer rollout in system etc)➢ Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and Strong decision-makingskills
