      Work Location: Kolkata & Bangalore
      Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
      Education Criteria: MBA\ Post Graduation in MBA\ Executive MBA in HR
      Mode of Working: Work From Office.


      Areas of responsibility include:

      ➢ Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection
      tools/methods to filter candidates.
      ➢ Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and
      aptitudes and negotiate CTC with Candidates
      ➢ Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices and provide well
      documented recruiting reports to the relevant stakeholders.
      ➢ Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships
      during the selection process and Promote company’s reputation as “best
      place to work.”
      ➢ Focused on metrics improvement with respect to cost, time, and quality of
      hiring/onboarding processes.
      ➢ Cost optimization and ROI realization
      ➢ Ensuring compliance on the quality of deliverables
      ➢ Effective and timely communication issues among internal and external
      stakeholders and recommend process to the continuous improvement
      opportunities.
      ➢ Comply to internal TCS requirements, accomplish required activities as per
      deadlines.
      ➢ Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing,
      doing eligibility checks, offer rollout in system etc)
      ➢ Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and Strong decision-making
      skills
