What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and HR Professionals to source candidates for various disciplines
- Build and manage a pipeline of talent through effective sourcing strategies
- Conduct pre-screening interviews and provide recommendations on candidate selection
- Maintain applicant tracking data and ensure compliance with hiring processes
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of team programs and policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in sourcing candidates via social media, resume databases, or recruiting
- Strong written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with employment law, HR policies/practices, and OFCCP regulations preferred
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication, or related field, or 4 years of related work experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Boolean searches in candidate sourcing
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field of study
- Previous experience in a recruiting or IT role related to data mining
