      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute full life cycle, high-volume recruitment for a variety of roles
      - Partner with the business to create efficient recruitment strategies
      - Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
      - Proactively build a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical positions
      - Assist with managing and growing the employment brand across social media

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
      - 1-3 years of recruiting experience
      - Experience in corporate in-house recruitment or agency staffing
      - Strong MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
      - Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with high-volume recruitment for non-exempt level roles
      - Familiarity with Workday recruitment management tools or ATS
      - Technology savvy, including social media and process mapping
      - Experience in the Real Estate or Professional Services industry
