Job Description
- Req#: 5126
- Recruit, screen, interview job applicants and conduct orientations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the position requirements.
- Utilize various recruitment channels to source and attract candidates, including job boards, social media, college campuses, and employee referrals.
- Successful track record creating/implementing recruiting processes, systems & talent pipelines.
- Screen and assess candidates to determine their qualifications, skills, and fit for the position.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners, including staffing agencies and job fairs.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Some travel required.
- Ability to use Kronos, iCIMS. UltiPro and PlanSource is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Ability to use Kronos, iCIMS. UltiPro and PlanSource is a plus
- 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
