What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including preparing, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding candidates
- Build excitement about the employer while developing meaningful relationships with prospective job candidates
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a successful onboarding experience for new hires
- Create job requisitions and descriptions that clearly define essential job qualifications and responsibilities
- Analyze recruiting data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve hiring practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology industry, with a proven track record of hiring top-tier talent
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including familiarity with recruitment KPIs
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and job candidates
- Expertise in working with HRIS (PayCom preferred) and advanced recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo OS preferred)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with or knowledge of AI
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in the industry
- Experience in documenting and implementing successful talent acquisition processes
