What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build strong external networks in the US & Canada to drive talent to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Utilize recruiting and candidate-related tools, including applicant tracking systems and resume databases
- Conduct research to develop innovative sourcing strategies for talent acquisition
- Provide competitive intelligence and trends to hiring managers and stakeholders
- Monitor individual performance through data and metrics during the sourcing process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
- Minimum of three (3) years of talent acquisition experience in a relevant environment
- Three (3) years of experience in building and deploying diverse external talent sourcing strategies
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship
- Strong project management and collaboration skills
