- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, requirements, and priorities for internal positions.
- Lead the full-cycle internal recruiting process, from posting through offer, for designated positions, ensuring alignment with hiring needs and meeting expectations.
- Coordinate with hiring managers in recruitment process for internal positions.
- Maintain and update the Workday application system to track candidate progress.
- Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available internal candidates.
- Plan phone interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews if possible.
- Recommend offer proposals to identified candidates, considering internal remuneration and benefit policies.
- Provide a diverse selection of candidates to hiring managers in alignment with global inclusive hiring guidelines.
- Ensure flawless execution and problem-solving of hiring activities.
- Provide information and insights to Team Leaders to continuously improve Knowledge Base and Case Management content for their assigned discipline(s).
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or relevant field.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate recruiting .
- Hands-on experience with Recruitment techniques (e.g., sourcing , interviewing and offer conversations and creation ).
- Familiarity with HR Recruitment tools such as LinkedIn/Naukri/workday.
- Experience in HCM systems such as Workday.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to positively present the company and open roles to potential candidates.
- Skills and expertise in MS Office.
- Experience in other regions such as North America would be an advantage.
- Previous recruiting experience in international environment and multinational companies.
- Workday system operation experience.
- Ability to build relationships with clients through expertise and consultation.
- Good interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills, including conflict resolution, effective two-way communication, and negotiation.
- Ability to work towards tight deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Self-starter attitude is desired as the role involves high level of independence
- Willing to work in the North America Shift (Approximately 5.30 p.m. - 2.00 a.m IST)
- To be eligible for this position you need to live within 1 hour commuting distance from our Airoli office (Mumbai).

You are adept at maintaining and updating workday application system to track candidate progress and delivering an exceptional internal candidate experience throughout the talent acquisition process.
