  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and job descriptions
  - Source qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards and professional networks
  - Screen resumes and cover letters to identify candidates that meet job requirements
  - Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
  - Schedule and manage the interview process, including logistics and communication with candidates
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  - Strong understanding of the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
  - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  - Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
  - Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
