Responsibilities:
- Execute full cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring trainers and other positions for virtual and onsite clients.
- Utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to document and track all steps of the recruitment process.
- Develop sustainable sourcing strategies and techniques to attract both active and passive candidates.
- Serve as a strategic partner with the Talent Acquisition Lead to understand business objectives and develop recruitment plans.
- Attend job fairs to recruit talent in person.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Human Resources preferred.
- 3 years of administrative experience required within recruiting.
- Experience with ATS, sourcing, marketing, and recruitment tools.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Verbal communication with clients/physicians.
- Possible travel for recruitment activities.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.
- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and good hand-eye coordination.
Performance Assessment:
- Performance is assessed in a written format at the end of the 90-day probationary period.
