What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct full lifecycle recruiting for assigned regions/locations/lines of business
- Create job postings and post positions to external job boards
- Collaborate with hiring managers for open jobs and proactive workforce planning
- Source, screen, evaluate, and prepare candidates for interviews
- Deliver verbal offers and initiate pre-hire/background processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of hands-on professional experience in recruiting or HR
- Ability to travel regionally for recruiting events and meetings
- Valid driver's license
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of external job boards
- Prior experience in the healthcare/behavioral health industry
