      Graham Healthcare Group is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic TA Team! The Talent Acquisition Specialist will successfully recruit qualified personnel within all services lines and territories of our Home Health and Hospice Companies but will primarily support our Home Health Hiring Leaders in the Lapeer, MI Market. This position will be REMOTE but candidates should live in the Eastern (EST) or Central (CST) Time Zone.

      COMPENSATION: Annual Salary + Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Bonus Potential

      Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Responsibilities:

      • Maintain responsibility for Full Lifecycle of recruiting from sourcing to closing the position
      • Identify sourcing strategies for all positions within the organization
      • Develop networking relationships, conduct cold calls, and build an in-house database of candidates
      • Identify, create, and foster relationships with various organizations, colleges, and diverse professional organizations and attend job fairs
      • Advertise open positions using social media and mailings and collaborating with marketing
      • Manage the candidate presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components of full lifecycle recruiting
      • Conduct initial screenings and interviews of potential recruits
      • Oversee and maintain accurate documentation on all candidates, open positions, and other recruiting activities

      Qualification Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or equivalent PREFERRED
      • Two (2) years prior Recruiting/Human Resource experience PREFERRED
      • Previous Full-Cycle Recruiting experience PREFERRED
      • Previous Medical/Healthcare Recruiting experience PREFERRED
      • Previous experience with Workday PREFERRED
