What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, coordinate, and execute all phases of the recruiting process
- Screen applications and select qualified candidates for consideration
- Research and implement effective recruiting and sourcing strategies
- Assist with internship recruiting and employee referral program
- Maintain compliance standards for HR recordkeeping
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 2 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
- Strong organization skills in a high-volume environment
- Knowledge of Human Capital Management systems and employment-related laws
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in Human Resources for State or Local Government in North Carolina
- Proven experience in healthcare, staffing industry, or Technical/IT
