What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract top talent across various positions and departments
- Develop and implement innovative strategies for sourcing and engaging candidates nationwide
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment guidance
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from resume screening to onboarding
- Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment processes and candidate interactions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years of professional work experience
- Experience as a full lifecycle recruiter
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and demonstrated skills in sourcing and interviewing
- Ability to manage a high volume of work and maintain confidentiality

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SAP and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- PHR certification
- Proven track record of innovative recruiting initiatives and campaigns
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of staff and applicants
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
