      Location: Hybrid – Altamonte Springs, FL ( This position is open to be based in Flagler or Volusia County, The Greater Orlando area, or Tampa Bay Metro area ).

      The role you’ll contribute:

      The Talent Acquisition Supervisor supports the Recruitment team in supervising all aspects of recruiting, metrics and relationships between the recruiters and the facility. Assists team members with day-to-day operations and reports to management on urgent matters. Develops a proactive and innovative recruitment strategy to identify, recruit, and source talent to meet internal recruiting staffing goals. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

      • Directly supervises recruiting team(s) by holding team members accountable for meeting service level agreements, coaching and supporting team members, and leading recruitment process improvements efforts for our West Imaging, Medical Groups and Ambulatory across our Florida regions
      • Will travel across the Florida regions for site visits and assisting with hiring events
      • Integrates service standards into recruiting practices and leads initiatives to improve candidate experience.
      • Supports Recruitment leadership and team in developing and implementing strategic recruitment initiatives in a cost-effective and efficient manner to ensure AdventHealth has a proactive plan to source and recruit qualified applicants based upon projected demand and hiring targets.
      • Partners with the Talent Strategy team to introduce and trial new and innovative recruitment strategies recommended by industry experts. Stays informed of national trends and adjusts and/or implements recruitment strategies to ensure hiring goals are achieved.
      • Manages relationships with leadership and hiring managers to coordinate recruitment efforts within a team environment and participates in workforce planning strategies.
      • Provides support to Talent Acquisition leadership and team by pulling recruitment reports and statistics and assisting with training for new employees and leadership.
      • Produces, interprets and distributes routine recruitment metrics to leadership and hiring managers which measure the effectiveness of current recruitment processes at AdventHealth.
      • Supervises distribution of current requisitions in order to recruit appropriate numbers of candidates needed to fill vacancies and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
      • Builds strong working relationships with leadership and hiring managers while communicating effectively with all organizational levels to fill vacant positions in a timely manner, with the most qualified candidates.
      • Assists Talent Acquisition leadership by leading and/or actively participating in Human Resources committees and focus groups. Represents AdventHealth with local community-based action groups and educational institutions to project a positive corporate image, increase candidate pools and serve the community at large.
      • Maintains TA Onboarding Training Manual and coordinates training for new employees to the recruitment team. Leads Behavioral Assessment and Taleo training programs. Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting Human Resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.

      The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

      EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

      • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Human Resources, related field
      • Four years of experience recruiting/sourcing experience
      • One year of leadership experience
      • Experience with hiring events or fairs
      • Experience with internet-based talent sourcing tools such as job boards, social Talent sites and overall strong technical proficiency social networking, talent search engines, social media, and candidate databases
      • Proficient in one or more applicant tracking systems

      EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

      • Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communication, Marketing, Social Science(s), or related field
      • Talent and/or sourcing experience in a healthcare environment
